Setnet Programs

The goal of the Setnet Tennis Academy is to develop and create a healthy player both physically and mentally, because without health there is no progress. In addition to work on psychophysical preparation, we emphasize the creation of good habits in terms of diet, lifestyle, creating a sports atmosphere where the individual feels the support of a team. We try to make the player create habits that will be useful to them and that will follow them throughout life.

Weekly program

Setnet Tennis Academy has a great location if you are planning to play in tournaments in the region. The location where the academy is located provides the possibility of fast transportation from one tournament to another. The weekly program offers working with sparring partners and coaches in preparation for the tournaments that follow.

Monthly program

The monthly program includes two basic and advanced programs. Both programs are designed for players who want to improve their tennis skills. In addition to tennis and physical preparation, these programs also offer the possibility of traveling to tournaments with a coach, video analysis and sparring partners. 

Yearly program

The yearly program is intended for players who plan a longer stay in Serbia and a more detailed work plan. This program provides training throughout the season, both summer and winter. The plan is made in accordance with the individual needs of each player during the training and tournament cycle. 

In order to make a good plan for the player(s), we need all the information about them, about his health condition, level of tennis knowledge, physical fitness, as well as information about their successes and work so far. The medical examination of the players is carried out by doctors of Fitness Medico, our long-term partners, who are there both at the beginning to assess the current situation, and later in case of injuries, to recover the player and return them to the field as soon as possible.

The tennis team uses video analysis to assess current tennis knowledge and based on those reports team makes a plan for both individual work and group work. 

Our fitness coach has his task, and that is to prepare the player to stay healthy, to avoid injuries and to help their physical condition to master tennis skills and create results.
